Anonymous: Op Romania Engaged

We have begun operation Romania because the Romanian government destroyed a life of one of our close friends. They also caused mass hysteria for the citizens of their country when they attempted to pass a decree on Tuesday, a decree that would have decriminalize abuse-of-office offences for sums of less than $48,000.
